Agreement
By using coffeemachinepick.co.uk you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
What the site does
coffeemachinepick is an independent editorial site that compares espresso machines sold on Amazon and earns affiliate commission from qualifying purchases. We do not sell espresso machines ourselves, we do not hold inventory, and we do not process payments.
Editorial independence
Our rankings, reviews, and recommendations are based on our published methodology. Brands cannot buy placement, and a higher commission rate does not move a product up the list. If a relationship exists that could be perceived as a conflict, we disclose it on the relevant page.
Prices, stock, and product information
Prices, stock, and product descriptions are pulled from Amazon. They change frequently and may be wrong at the moment you read them. The seller's terms and conditions govern any actual purchase; ours do not.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Intellectual property
Editorial content on this site, including text, photography, illustrations, and the design system, is owned by coffeemachinepick Technology and is licensed to you only for personal reading. Brand names, logos, product photography supplied by manufacturers, and product specifications belong to their respective owners. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep prices accurate and the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uptime, the accuracy of any individual data point, or product availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, coffeemachinepick and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any decision you make based on information you find here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless a non-waivable consumer-protection rule in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there instead.
